Welcome to the educational center for our new digital banking platform, MSB Online. MSB Online features a wide range of new and upgraded tools designed to make your money management simple, seamless, and secure.
Better banking has arrived.
Access these quick links to download your new app on your mobile device. If you are using Android, please delete your old app and install the new app. If you are using Apple, just hit the update button on your existing app.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Learn about the new features of MSB Online for your personal finances before June 23.
- For desktop and laptop users
- For mobile users
2. On or after June 23, if you’re banking on a mobile device, delete your old app and install MSB Online from your phone’s app store.
- If you have your automatic updates turned on, this may occur seamlessly, without you having to do anything.
3. On or after June 23, login for the first time.
- MSB Online is not compatible with Windows Explorer. Please access your online banking through Firefox or Google Chrome.

1. Learn about the new features of MSB Business Online before June 23.
2. On or after June 23, deactivate your former Machias Savings Accounts in QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint and relink your accounts with the new MSB Online.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?Yes. Update your current email address and telephone number! Having this information is crucial for accessing the new system. Plus, it’s just good to have in case we need to contact you regarding your account(s). |
Who do I call if I have questions before and after the upgrade?Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-416-9302. |
Will my login information change?Yes, slightly. Your username will stay the same and you will be prompted to change your password. |
Will I need to download a new Mobile Banking app?Yes. A new app will be available in your app store after the upgrade. You will need to delete your current MSB app and download the new one. |
Do I need to re-enter my bill payees in BillPay?No. Although BillPay will look different, all your biller information will be there. If you have a regularly scheduled bill payment, it will continue to be paid on schedule. |
Will I need to set up my EAlerts?Yes. Many eAlerts will follow to the new system but not all. Please verify your eAlerts during your first-time login and see the new type of eAlerts available. |
Will this affect my use of QuickBooks?Yes. After the upgrade, delete your bank connection in QuickBooks and reconnect it with your new login. Instructions will be available. |
Will I need to choose new security questions?No. New enhanced security features to confirm your identity will replace security questions. |
MSB Online Users
Can i send money to friends and family?Yes. We are excited to bring you PeoplePay! PeoplePay lets you send money real-time to anyone, at no cost! |
MSB eCorp Users
Will my existing reoccurring ACH and/or wire payments change?Yes. We will take care of transferring existing payment detail for you. To prevent possible payment delays, please verify all payment details for accuracy. |
Is PositivePay changing?No. The upgrade will offer added functionality to decision items on a mobile device. |
