Charlene has spent the last two decades of her life focusing on Marketing, strategy and community. Since joining the bank in 2016, she has been instrumental in rolling out a new strategic planning process, facilitating strategic discussions, leading the Marketing team and overseeing community outreach. She is a visionary who sees the big picture and knows how to make it work.
