For nearly 20 years, Dean has been involved in many aspects of banking, from branch management, consumer and retail lending to being a team leader of business bankers across the State. Motivated by the creation of new and enhancement of existing relationships, he sees the true value in each and every customer. Dean leads a regional market team that works to provide a refreshingly different customer experience.

Dean has spent many years coaching youth sports, volunteering through Junior Achievement, and teaching financial literacy.

Dean is a graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
