We deepened our investment in youth leadership, mentorship, and workforce readiness through collaborations with Junior Achievement and The Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute. By strengthening partnerships with local organizations, we’re helping bridge the gap between education and employment and building a workforce that will sustain and strengthen our communities for years to come. Together we’re creating a future where ambition is supported and opportunity is in reach for all.
